Tell us about your system
Say what the software does, what it is built on if you know, and what you need help with. A few lines is enough to start.
Who we work with: IT managers and senior managers at organisations of 50 people or more, with business software in daily use that has become costly or worrying to run. We are not the right fit for startup MVPs, prototypes or early-stage apps that are not yet in use.
What happens next
How we work, and the questions people ask firstWe read it properly
An engineer reads your message, not a sales team. If we need more detail we will ask specific questions.
We tell you what we would look at first
You get a reply setting out what we think the first step is and whether we are the right people for it.
We agree the first piece of work
Usually a short assessment or a small, defined change. Ongoing support and larger work are agreed separately.
Low risk to try
-
First month refunded
If you are not satisfied in the first 30 days of a support plan, tell us and we refund that month's fee.
-
30 days' notice
Support plans run month to month. Change plan or leave with 30 days' notice, with no minimum term.
-
Priced before we start
Every piece of work is quoted in writing before any chargeable work starts. Nothing is added to the bill without your agreement.
-
You own everything
The code, the accounts, the hosting and the documentation are in your name, and kept so another team could take over.
What that means in practice
